With over 30 years of experience in global credit markets, Chris Black and Rachel Shirley founded Alexander Funds in 2009 – driven by a shared belief that Australian investors should have access to the same fixed income opportunities long reserved for institutional investors.

We actively manage credit duration – expanding exposure when market sentiment is low and yields are compelling, and scaling back when risk is overpriced and spreads tighten.

By investing across the full credit spectrum including corporate bonds, securitised assets and private credit, we continuously and actively refine portfolio construction to capture the best value for a given level of risk.
